Here's a funny clip from the 1963 comedy Western classic movie McLintock, in which John Wayne recommends Arnica.  For the record, at 1800 Homeopathy, we don't encourage fighting, and especially "nose twisting" , but we do support the use of arnica for bruising, muscle soreness, swelling and pain following injuries.
