Five Tips to help you make the most of Homeopathy...

1.  Know your symptoms and modalities:

2. Choosing the right Remedy:

3. What potency should you take?

Just remember, higher is not always better. Homeopathy's founder, Samuel Hahnemann, did not use the very high potencies that some current homeopaths use, and his record is impressive.  But everyone has their own opinion on this one. As a plan, we like to always leave somewhere to go, so it is best to start at the lowest potency that fits the problem - especially if the symptoms are mostly physical. Click here to read more.
