SAD Is Real...And Remedy-able
In her book
Homeopathic Guide to Stress, homeopath Miranda
Castro offers much support to winter blues including this:
"SAD", or Seasonal Affective Disorder, is the official label
for a depression that surfaces during the short, dark, days
of winter and disappears when the light and the sun return
in the spring. Those with SAD might consider light therapy.
Some hospitals, health centers and SAD support groups have
"sun boxes" which provide a bank of full spectrum lights to
help stimulate those light-sensitive hormones in the winter
months.

Twas Two Days after Christmas
One of our customers gave us this story when she phoned to
thank us for carrying Bach's Rescue Remedy: After getting
practically everything she wanted (and more) for Christmas
her 12 year old niece was grateful yet glum, moody and
unexcitable. The let down after all the festivities was too
much for her. After the girl's mother said, "I've had
enough," the visiting aunt offered to give her niece a drop
or two of
Rescue Remedy to see if it might put a positive spin on
her attitude. "Fine, whatever," was the skeptical response
until a half hour after dosing when her daughter came out of
her room smiling, engaging and back to her enthusiastic
self. She even helped unload the car without being asked.
What a turn around! According to our customer, the effect
lasted through the rest of the visit (a week or so) and as
far as she knows, to this day.
It's not an upper, it's not addictive, it's barely even
chemical, it is just a gentle push in the right direction.
Safe for all ages.

combination was designed by Dr. Bach to, "help produce
