So, since 'like cures like' in homeopathy, homeopathic Euphrasia has the ability to treat eye irritation with burning tears. These tears and the accompanying bland nasal discharge, daytime cough and headache may be due to hay fever, colds or allergies. It has proven helpful in cases of eye injury or conjunctivitis, too.
