| Though known most as a great wart and skin eruption
remedy, Thuja has many, many applications. Among these is a vicious
headache with pressure at the root of the nose "as if a nail were driven
in." One of its most helpful applications is on adverse responses to
vaccinations in humans and animals. Its skin relief includes warts, brown
spots on hands and dry skin, eruptions that are very sensitive to touch and
much worse for scratching, and nail fungus with brittle cracked nails. The
individuals who get the most from Thuja have oily skin that is not
necessarily cleaned often since personal appearance is not a Thuja strong
point. They tend to be sensitive to music (weeping with church music), feel
very frail (bones of glass) and may project a feeling of incompetence or
ugliness. With professional guidance, it has many more systemic
applications. Its symptoms tend to feel worse in a cold damp atmosphere and
better with warmth, though getting too bundled and hot in bed may make
things worse. |
