My hot flashes had become so unbearable, that I was dreading the coming summer. My blood pressure and temper/attitude was way up and I was about to give up doing anything natural for them and go to the doctor for a script. I remembered what I had read about Belladonna helping with hot flashes and decided to give it a go. Within DAYS, I felt relief. The hot flashes, night sweats, headaches, bright red face, jaw pain were drastically reduced. I even started to feel more calm, less anxiety, less temper flare ups(less wanting to kill something). I am sleeping better and more. The only negative was that my face broke out, but I'll take that over feeling like I'm 200 degrees all the time. I'm ordering another bottle.
