My mother in-law was suffering from nightly muscle cramps in her legs to the point that she could not get a decent nights sleep. I gave her Mag Phos, told her to take a few under the tongue at bedtime. The first night she had results!! No more cramps in the legs as long as she uses the Mag Phos at bedtime. I have at times severe muscle spasms in legs and feet where I was applying heat which took awhile to ease down, then I found Mag Pros -when I apply 3 to 4 tablets under my tongue- when dissolved - the spasms eases within seconds.
