    I like the cell salt products I've purchased through 1800 homeopathy - all work good for my pain issues. All the quick cures do the trick, of course not cured, but they do relieve symptoms! Highly recommend for relief. (Posted on 7/20/17)

    I was experiencing terrible twitching and spasms in my legs at night. When I take a dose of Mag Phos about an hour before bed, and immediately when I lie down to sleep, I have no jumpiness, twitching or cramps. I did some reading about RLS and decided to make sure I get plenty to drink during the day, and do some stretching after dinner, which makes a difference too, but the Mag Phos is the star of this show!     I only had one incident that called for using mag phos--I was having muscle and body spasms that were making me jump and twitch. This happens sometimes when I'm drifting off to sleep. Muscle relaxers are too strong for me and other medications for RLS do not work. I dissolved the recommended amount of pellets and the horrible twitching and body jumping stopped! I did have the slightest "hangover" the next day. Not sure if it was mag phos or a supplement I took. I'm sensitive to side effects where most people report none-- so next time I need mag. Phos I will take it without any supplements. (Posted on 6/23/16)

    I take Mag Phos as often as I remember it. Sometimes that means I take it 2 or 3 times a day. If I don't take Mag Phos, I start getting cramps in my legs and sometimes in my feet. After dealing with sciatica for a few years now, my body realizes that it needs Mag Phos to keep aches and pains away. I like that it doesn't interfere with any other meds I take.     I have leg cramps specially at night during the winter. I have used Magnesia Phos & it works. If I wake up in the middle of the night & can get back to sleep Mag Ph also does the trick.     What a blessing this product is! My only regret is not discovering it years ago. I suffer miserably from leg cramps - sometimes in both legs at the same time - and it's agonizing.     Normally My muscle tension keeps me awake, even though I do an insanity workout three times a week. The mag phos lets my muscles relax. I used to find that I would be hold my hands together tighter and tighter. Of course that does not relax anyone. This mag phos relaxes the muscle tension. Can't find anything wrong with that.
