I have had so much trouble getting to sleep due to all the stresses of school and due dates. Around the end of the semester I found this in my parents house and gave it a try. works fast and helps clear my mind.

I suffered from chronic sleep problems (and restless leg) for years even though I do not have sleep apnea. Prescription medications were of little help. Most nights I awoke 4-5 times on an average.
