Suffered from bad heartburn for a long time. Ate millions of Tums, et c., but symptoms always there. Started taking #178 with Tissue C salts and noticed no change whatever for at least three weeks, then, things got better and now, I notice a bit of heartburn maybe once or twice a day, and then it happens only lightly with but a short duration. Haven't eaten a Tums in a week. Didn't feel the need. AND, I can drink beer again with no bad effect! (Posted on 6/17/11)
