    I have used this colocynthis for about 6 months now, and it has given me my life back. I suffer from ibs-d issues when stressed. When I have issues, I take this and after about 8-12 pellets, I am fine and no issues. Best product I have found. I only take it as needed and no side effects at all. (Posted on 7/24/11)
