I started having anxiety and depression when I turned 19 years old. Had no idea what was going on. Doctors put me on all sorts of drugs, which helped at first but I didn't want to be on them forever and didn't like the side effects.

It turns out I had Lyme Disease, which causes all sorts of problems including depression and anxiety. I could hardly function, barely concentrate and was getting anxiety again.

I found this product and ordered it right away, it was a life saver. I had pretty severe anxiety too. I knew this was going to work just didn't know it would help me that much! When I used it all up I didn't have anxiety at all and my depression went away for an entire year. I've only had minor anxiety which I've learned to control, I will be taking this again as it really helps a lot!

I used this product for quite some time. And yes it worked but not as well as I would have liked. Its great for spot treatment. It works very fast but with my anxiety level being so high i was constantly having to take these tabs and they seemed to wear off fast for me. I do highly suggest these for minor anxiety and depression. But for someone who has a lot of it its worth a shot trying but personally I needed to be back on prescription meds for it. I still do use this for spot treatmeant though for like stage fright or homesickness. its a good product and worth a try thats for sure. I always had issues with anxiety and depressions for as long as I can remember. I wanted something natural to resolve these problems. My daughter suggested that I give you all a try and found that #304 have helped me to function better and to enjoy being around people much better.
