I should have written a review for this product long ago-as it deserves the highest rating. I had a car accident back in 2001. Since insurance is a luxury nowadays; and I refuse to use organ damaging prescriptions or over the counter pain meds-I have been using homeopathics for quite sometime. My extensive research to find an informative reasonably priced online site; as well as one with a great variety of products paid off by finding 1-800 Homeopathy. I have tons of upper body nerve issues and intense pain- that were damaged in my accident and there seems to be no other alternative but to either deal with it or find some alternative relief. The pain tablets relieve my pain significantly. The key is after dissolving the first four under my tongue- keep doing so every 15 minutes until the pain is gone. And yes, its gone! most of the time I only have to redo once. All it takes is pushing a shopping cart, carrying my groceries into the house, or driving for a few hours to suffer big time.
