Manic Depression and Homeopathy
My husband is a manic depressive. I have been treating him homeopathically
for close to ten years. I had great success giving him a liquid depression formula
and more or less letting the mania deal with itself. After about 3 years of that treatment,
he informed me that the alcohol in the drops were giving him headaches and he
refused to take any more. I had to find some single remedies. After experimenting,
I now use Belladonna for the mania and Pulsatilla for the depression given
together as needed. Given before bedtime, it arrests his restless mind so he can sleep.
