Strong Bones and Calcarea Carb
Four years ago I was operated-total hysterectomy. I was told by my doctor to take big doses of calcium to prevent osteoporosis which is most likely to occur because of lack of hormones now that my ovaries were all taken. I decided not to, but instead, just regularly take Calcarea Carb. I do not even take milk, and occasionally cheese. I do not eat meat either, but my bones are great. My calcium level is very high and I am just happy not to take all these conventional medicines because as we all know, they always have bad side effects. Not only that my bones are great, I notice that I haven't had colds for a long time and I attribute it to my regular intake of Calcarea Carb.
I am an avid believer in Homeopathic. All of my sisters in our carmelite community always have flu shots but I always refuse. Once I ordered Oscillococcinum just in case I will have flu, but I haven't used it because of the good effect of the Calcarea Carb which makes my immune system healthy. Aside from that, I regularly take Natrum Mur more to help me sleep and let go of the effects of suppressed grief that I might have in my growing years. And if ever I will have flu I am 100% sure that Oscillococcinum will heal me.
If only all people will know the effectivity of Homeopathic medicine and that it is safe and very reasonably priced, then it would be a huge help to the world.

Interesting information. I am 38 and had a total hysterectomy 2 years ago. What a roller coaster ride. If any one could share some thoughts on products for emotional, hot flashes, weight gain, and bone health it would be greatly appreciated.

Yea, I need to know what dose and how often too...I am 61 years old - had a complete hysterectomy at age 25. My bones are in need of serious attention, even though I took hormone replacement for over 35 years. What a disaster! I have been struggling for my life for the last 20 years - because of that hysterectomy.
Lets Hear more. I'm looking at Homeopathic Medicine being a household word within the next ten years. It will be included in with WELLNESS being a Trillion dollar business by year 1012

What dose and how long do you take it? Meaning do you need to take this the rest of your life?

The information I needed - right on time. Many Thanks for sharing.
Hi Cheryl, Thanks for the information. It was valuable to me, I had the total-hysterectomy too. I don't think I would have choose it if I was thinking clearly. (Too much emotional stress was the cause of the that lead to the hysterectomy) Thanks for the remedy suggestion. I will start using it. What dose do you use?
