A New Trust in Homeopathy
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was told by the midwives that
homeopathic medicine was safe for the unborn fetus. I was familiar with
homeopathic medicine, but had never really tried it. I thought it was just
little sugar pills, and left it alone. Other alternatives to modern medicine
I was accustomed to using, but not homeopathy. When the midwives told me
this, I went looking for homeopathic medicine to carry me through labor and
delivery. I bought small amounts for nervousness, pain, stage fright, etc. I
used these a little. The last three weeks of the pregnancy, I became
pre-eclampsic, with fluctuating high blood pressures being my only
symptom. I was put on bed rest, and researched alternatives to drugs and
induced labor to keep me safe till due date. I called a local homeopathic
doctor, who prescribed a mix of homeopathic remedies for me to take till
delivery time. The mixture he gave me did not drastically reduce my blood
pressure -- nothing I did did -- but it produced an overwhelming state of
calm and peace that was blissful for the last week of the pregnancy. During
delivery I was hooked to an IV for magnesium to keep the blood pressure
down, had a 'normal' delivery without incident -- although I was 36 hours
in labor. The experience though led me to trust homeopathic medicine. I now
have tried a number of your remedies with excellent results. I used to be
plagued by migraines, and can vouch for the success of your migraine remedy.
It nips those migraines in the bud, even the worst ones!!! I've shared it
with a number of friends who suffer with migraines. Thankfully, since my
daughter's birth, my migraines are rare, and I know just what to do if one
comes. We also use your cold remedies for those winter seasons, and they
are the best for helping my daughter make it through the cold season with
minimum sickness. Every once in a while I venture out to try one of your
other remedies to see the results. I'm in pretty good health though.
Thanks for your wonderful remedies! I enjoy browsing through your catalogs
when they come, and I make notes and hold on to them for future reference.
